There will be a minimum delivery charges of RM 80.00 for all delivery to areas outside the free delivery zones. The minimum delivery charges of RM 80.00 will be waived for orders exceeding RM 380.00 and above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to logistic issue, we DO NOT offer regional delivery to other states at this moment.
- Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) days in advance.Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.We’ll adjust the product price 3 weeks before the Valentine’s Day and will ONLY accept order from our Valentine’s Day Collections for Valentine’s Day period delivery (at least 4 days before Valentine’s Day, during Valentine’s Day (14th February) and 15th February). HYDI FLORIST reserved the right the reject and refund to customer if the order placed before the price adjustment which will be happened 3 weeks before the Valentine’s Day.For order placed outside of the Valentine’s Day Collections which the delivery date fall on Valentine’s Day period (at least 4 days before Valentine’s Day, during Valentine’s Day (14th February) and 15th February), HYDI FLORIST reserved the right to reject and refund to customer for the order.
- Delivery Order Confirmation

During peak season orders may take more than 24 hours to prepare and process.
- Delivery Time
All orders received before 1:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) will be arranged for delivery within the same working day.For orders received after 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be made the next day.If you require same day delivery for order placed after 1:00 PM, please call us directly at +6012 667 1895. We’d gladly try our best to assist.
- Weekend & Public Holiday Delivery
Orders received on Saturday after 1:30 PM, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed for delivery on the next working day.Our operation hours are from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday) and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday). Excluding public holiday.
- Delivery Condition
Evening deliver between Delivery Charges 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM RM 40.00 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM RM 80.00
*The placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time.
- Delivery Practice
All orders will be delivered to the Recipient’s address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.The delivery time may vary depends on the traffic & weather conditions.Any re-direct or re-sent product within the free delivery zones will be charged with a minimum fee of RM 35.00 per destination.
- Order for Wreaths/ Sympathy Flower
The time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order and the flower are delivered only after the funeral. We are not responsible to make any refund or accept any cancellation order.
- Substitution Policy
HYDI FLORIST reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.
