Regional Order

Due to logistic issues, we DO NOT offer regional order to other states at this moment.

There will be a minimum delivery charges of RM80.00 for all delivery to areas outside the delivery zones above. The minimum delivery charges of RM80 will be waived for orders exceeding RM380 and above.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to logistic issue, we DO NOT offer regional delivery to other states at this moment.

Delivery During Peak Season

During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) days in advance.

Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.

We'll adjust the product price 3 weeks before the Valentine's Day, and will ONLY accept order from our Valentine's Day Collections for Valentine's Day period delivery (at least 4 days before Valentine's Day, during Valentine's Day (14th February) and 15th February). HYDI FLORIST reserved the right the reject and refund to customer if the order placed before the price adjustment which will be happened 3 weeks before the Valentine's Day.

For order placed outside of the Valentine's Day Collections which the delivery date fall on Valentine's Day period (at least 4 days before Valentine's Day, during Valentine's Day (14th February) and 15th February), HYDI FLORIST reserved the right to reject and refund to customer for the order.

Delivery Time

For orders received before 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.

For orders received after 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery, otherwise it will be made the next day.

(If you place your orders after 2.00pm and require same day delivery, we'd gladly try our best to assist. Please call us directly at 012-667 1895 )

Our operation hours for Saturdays is 10.30am – 3.30pm and we are closed on Sunday. Hence, orders received on Saturdays, after 1.00pm, or on Sundays, will be made the following Monday.

We do accomodate special deliveries on Sundays or Malaysian Public Holidays. Please contact us directly at hydi@hydiflorist.com.my or call 012-667 1895 to make special arrangements. Otherwise, the delivery will be made on the next working day.

Delivery Practice

All orders will be delivered to the Recipient's address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.

The delivery time may vary depends on the traffic & weather conditions.

Any re-direct or re-sent product within the free delivery zones will be charged with a minimum fee of RM15 per destination.

Order for Wreaths/ Sympathy Flower

The time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order and the flower are delivered only after the funeral. We are not responsible to make any refund or accept any cancellation order.

Substitution Policy

Hydi Florist reserves the right to make subsitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.

Returns/Refund Policy,

Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A credit note, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund.
